Company and operator details
The Services at https://www.havenpay.io are operated by HavenPay (the operator of havenpay.io). For the purposes of these legal documents, references to “HavenPay”, “we”, or “us” mean that operator and its authorised affiliates providing the Services.
Governing law
Unless a written order form states otherwise, the Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
Regulatory posture
Card acquiring, safeguarding of funds, and crypto conversion or custody (where offered) may be provided through licensed Partners. HavenPay provides software and related services and may onboard merchants under Partner programmes. Specific Partner disclosures are presented during onboarding where required.
